Alex Stoddard’s Fascinating Shot Compositions
“If I’ve learned anything in the 5+ years that I’ve been taking pictures, it is that when I am sleep-deprived, half-naked, freezing, completely filthy and alone in the forest at sunrise, I am at my best.” ― Alex Stoddard
“This photograph (Hereafter) is dedicated to my grandfather, who passed away yesterday. He had been battling cancer and in pain for so long, so I’m happy that he’s now at peace. I’ve been lucky enough in my life thus far to remain relatively untouched by death, so this passing comes as a stark reminder that there are dark parts of this world that exist outside of the fantasy stories I create. Sometimes I forget that.” ― Alex Stoddard
